About Erin
After working 7.5 years in community mental health and school-based settings, Erin started Willow Lane Counseling. Erin enjoys working with children and their parents, as well as adults working through interpersonal trauma and attachment injuries. A learner at heart, Erin continues to work towards her certification in Sand Tray Therapy, as well as becoming more informed about using Expressive Arts within the counseling room.
When she’s not at the office, Erin enjoys training for marathons, watching The Amazing Race, and spending time with her husband and their rescue dog, Loki.
Erin received her Master of Arts in Counseling degree from RTS-Orlando and is currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida, as well as a Registered Play Therapist. Erin is also an active member of the Florida Association for Play Therapist, serving as the conference chair.

- Erin is an Enneagram 1 continually learning to incorporate play and rest into rhythms of life
- Before becoming a counselor, Erin spent 6 years teaching, including teaching overseas in China
- Erin was born on St. Patrick’s Day!
About Jessi
Jessi enjoys working with elementary aged children, teens and adults on issues related to emotion dysregulation, parent/child conflict, divorce/separation, anxiety, depression, as well as grief and loss. Jessi enjoys helping not only individual clients thrive, but also their family system as a whole.
When she’s not in the counseling room, Jessi enjoys going on walks with her husband and 1-year old, baking, knitting, and playing guitar.
Jessi received her Master of Arts in Counseling degree from RTS-Orlando and her Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University. She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida.

- Jessi’s siblings include one brother and six sisters!
- Jessi loves tap dancing.
- Baking sweets is of one of Jessi’s favorite things to do.
About Ben
Ben enjoys providing a space for clients to explore their stories–the ups and downs, challenges and victories that present themselves. Ben works with elementary aged children through young adulthood on issues related to anxiety and depression, relational stress, and transition. Ben also enjoys working with high school and college athletes on the unique challenges they face in the competitive world.
Outside of the counseling room, Ben can be found exploring the many restaurants and local coffee shops, as well as out on the golf course or kayaking on the water.
Ben received his Master of Arts in Counseling degree from RTS-Orlando. He is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida.
Fun Facts About Ben:
- Ben has been playing golf since he could walk.
- In college, Ben spent six months living in New Zealand.
- Moose Tracks (vanilla ice cream with fudge and peanut butter cups) is Ben’s favorite ice cream.
About Kristen
Kristen works with children, teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict and personality disorders. Kristen is passionate about helping clients feel validated and works collaboratively towards positive and lasting change. She
enjoys using mindfulness to create a safe place for children, teens, young adults and their families to process their stories, gain understanding and insight into their presenting problems.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and one-year-old daughter, trying new restaurants, reading, and doing crossword puzzles.
Kristen received her Master of Arts in Counseling degree from RTS-Orlando and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Central Florida.
